Contrary to history, a myth arose that American money was used to support the 1854 Miners' Uprising (The Eureka Stockade) in an attempt to undermine the Establishment and British authority within the Colony of Victoria,

With the Southern Cross Flag in the background representing the miners' cause, and the Church represented by Jesus in the foreground, the devil rides on the back of the American (Trojan) Eagle which begat the revolution.

The central figure of the Trojan Eagle spews from her vagina a dismembered body, a cry of terror and severed limbs (a reference to Peter Lalor's left arm).  The devil whips events along with evil intent while while Jesus gives his blessing as he watches over the encounter. The highlighted stars of the Southern Cross Flag add tension to the conflict.
